Start a planning application

You must be signed in to start an application on ePlanning.

Once signed in:

  1. Go to My Proposals on the sidebar menu.
  2. Select New Proposal.
  3. Fill in the online form. You can save your progress and return to it before submitting.

Find the right form

The planning forms you'll need to submit will depend on your development. 

Use the 'Which Form?' Wizard to find the right form.

Estimate your application fee

Most planning applications require a fee. The amount depends on the type and scale of your development.

Other ways to apply

You can apply using paper forms. This can take longer to process than an online application. Some planning authorities may charge you an extra administration fee for them.
